sensu terms

Would anybody mind if I change the "sensu Eukarya" terms to "sensu Eukaryota" in line with the NCBI Taxonomy site? We currently have some of each on the ontologies.

Also I'd like to change "sensu Animalia" to "sensu Metazoa" to fit with ncbi's classifications.

These have not been checked for syntax so I will do that. I'm just in the process of adding the documentation on the correct definition ending.

I'd also like to change the terms with 'sensu Holometabola' to be 'sensu Endopterygota'. They already have the definition endings: As in, but not restricted to, the Holometabola (Endopterygota, ncbi_taxonomy_id:33392).
