hi Emily, histone acetyltransferase complex ; GO:0000123 may be a good parent for this new term.
on a similar theme, I'd like to add the following exact synonyms in for histone acetyltransferase terms:
acetyltransferase activity ; GO:0016407 ; EC:2.3.1.-: acetylase activity histone acetyltransferase activity ; GO:0004402: histone acetylase activity histone acetyltransferase complex ; GO:0000123: histone acetylase complex histone acetyltransferase regulator activity : histone acetylase regulator activity histone acetyltransferase binding ; GO:0035035: histone acetylase binding
(see the synonym section of http://www.chem.qmul.ac.uk/iubmb/enzyme/EC2/3/1/48.html) thanks Becky

new term added: TIP60 histone acetyltransferase complex ; GO:0035267
name: TIP60 histone acetyltransferase complex exact synonym: TIP60 histone acetylase complex A complex having histone acetylase activity on chromatin, as well as ATPase, DNA helicase and structural DNA binding activities. The complex is thought to be involved in double-strand DNA break repair. Subunits of the human complex include HTATIP/TIP60, TRRAP, RUVBL1, BUVBL2, beta-actin and BAF53/ACTL6A. definition_reference: PMID: 10966108 definition_reference: GOA:ed
Used 'acetyltransferase' in the term name to be consistent with current histone acetyltransferase terms. Also added in the other synonyms described below.
