Fix issues with telomeric regions #22353

chromosome, subtelomeric region -> remove parent 'heterochromatin

Add missing term,

subtelomeric heterochromatin is_a heterochromatin

this will be parallel to pericentromeric heterochromatin, and to the corresponding BP terms
