Calcium transport merges

We are changing the relations used in the logical definitions of transporters and transport, see #22721

With the changes, the following classes have now become equivalent:

• GO:0060402 calcium ion transport into cytosol
• GO:1902656 calcium ion import into cytosol
• GO:0097553 calcium ion transmembrane import into cytosol

For now I will remove the logical definitions to avoid clashes, but we should review annotations and merge some of these terms.
