Isn't this during mitotic prophase @manulera ? "when spindle poles form and start moving apart"
mitotic spindle formation (spindle phase one) The cell cycle process in which the distance is lengthened between poles of the mitotic spindle during mitotic prophase. PMID:21920317
or @pfey03 do youmean spindle [hase 23 that occurs during anaphase B? GO:0061805 mitotic spindle elongation (spindle phase three)
I thought telophase began after the spindle was fully elongated?
Does Dicty have different definitions for these phases (this could be problematic)
Please provide as much information as you can:
Suggested term label:
early mitotic telophase
late mitotic telophase
Definition (free text) early mitotic telophase: Cell cycle after anaphase when spindle poles form and start moving apart. late mitotic telophase: Spindle poles have moved further apart and cytokinesis begins shortly after.

Dictyostelium has a semi-closed mitosis. Let me know if this is reasonable.
