Fix GO:0035979 histone H2AS139 kinase activity #25034

Position S139 is on H2AX, and not H2A (which is shorter)

So I changed the label to histone H2AXS139 kinase activity and the definiton to mention H2AX.

(the term already existed...)

It was decided a while ago to capture the main histone modifications in order to capture their cellular effects. I am just trying to make this consistent.
