DNA replication, removal of RNA primer (GO:0043137) Removal of the Okazaki RNA primer from the lagging strand of replicating DNA, by a combination of the actions of DNA polymerase, DNA helicase and an endonuclease. [PMID:12424238]

and GO:0033567 DNA replication, Okazaki fragment processing The DNA metabolic process, occurring during lagging strand synthesis, by which RNA primers are removed from Okazaki fragments, the resulting gaps filled by DNA polymerization, and the ends ligated to form a continuous strand.

(also add synonym Okazaki fragment)

Also, GO:1903469 removal of RNA primer involved in mitotic DNA replication

I think it makes sense to remove (merge) the "mitotic replication" terms.

This was done historically so that "mitotic DNA replication" could be paced under "mitotic cel cycle"

I think we should stop trying to place processes under "cell cycle" (basically in a single cell every process is related to cell cycle in some way). We should change the "cell cycle" branch so that it represents "cell cycle control" (i.e signalling and checkpoints), which would be more in line with user expectations. This should not be too difficult because the signalling and the physical events were largely separated at the cell cycle workshop in the days of yore.

Anyway, this is just to say I don't mind doing the cell cycle revisions (eventually, after other projects) but I won't take on this branch because it will be out of scope for the cell cycle overhaul.
