Need to check this (I.e other annotations), but I'm pretty sure that this is referring to TRAMP-exosome dependent pathway. However the current labels are problematic because MOST other unrelated RNA decay is polyadenylation dependent.

In fact TRAMP really appears to degrade RNAs that are not polyadnylated by the CPF, but since exosome substrate recognition requires a polyA sequence TRAMP cid14 adds a short number of AAA's
