Does it not have the same activity as PDE12? ie https://enzyme.expasy.org/EC/3.1.13.4

Weirdly we have created mRNA phosphatase activator activity https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/24720 but we dont have a mRNA phosphatase activity.

mRNA phosphatase activator activity is used for activators of dcp2 i.e 5'-(N(7)-methyl 5'-triphosphoguanosine)-[mRNA] diphosphatase activity (GO:0140932) https://www.pombase.org/term/GO:0170008

but I guess potentially also for other mRNA phosphatases? If there are any?
