add taxon constraints for human for synthesis of

this could probably be "never in mammals"
apparently fish and amphibians, reptiles can synthesis histidine birds can synthesize methionine and phenylalanine
this could probably be "never in mammals"
It might be prudent to stick to "never in humans" until someone expert in comparative biochemistry can confirm they're essential in all mammals.
