we should also add basic textbook biochemistry taxon constraints - e.g essential amino acids in mammals

add taxon constraints for human for synthesis of

Histidine Isoleucine Leucine Lysine Methionine Phenylalanine Threonine Tryptophan Valine

this could probably be "never in mammals"

apparently fish and amphibians, reptiles can synthesis histidine birds can synthesize methionine and phenylalanine

It might be prudent to stick to "never in humans" until someone expert in comparative biochemistry can confirm they're essential in all mammals.
