How embarrassing -- it appears we had a process term but no component term. I've added GO:0033010; I didn't make it a child of apical junction complex, because the latter is defined as an apical contact between epithelial cells (not neurons).apical junction complex.

Synonym: Paranodal septate junction
Def: Found in vertebrates, it is a highly specialized junction between a neuronal and a glial cell, similar to Drosophila septate junctions. It flanks the node of Ranvier in myelinated nerve and electrically isolates the myelinated from unmyelinated nerve segments and physically separates the voltage-gated sodium channels at the node from the cluster of potassium channels underneath the myelin sheath.
As a child of Intercellular Junction GO:0005911 (not sure if it's also a child of Apical junction complex?)
PMID: 11395001 and 14630217
For Swiss-Prot Subcellular2GO mapping
Thanks, Rachael.
