Pankaj - I think we do need these terms, but I don't think they should really be under function - they'd fit much better in process. I was thinking along the lines of:

%photosynthesis 15979 <photosynthesis, light reaction 19684 <regulation of photosynthesis, light reaction %photosystem II stabilization %photosystem I stabilization

does that make sense? (I'm not much of a plant biologist!). I've taken out the words 'protein complex' because I thought that 'photosystem' refers to the actual proteins - is that right?
