Not quite sure how to handle the first part of this - it seems we need at least two terms, e.g. extracellular immunoglobulin (to describe immunoglobulins that are secreted from a cell) and integral immunoglobulin (to describe immunoglobulins that are part of a cell membrane complex).
These would then need a generic parent immunoglobulin, which would have to go directly under cellular component because there's nowhere else appropriate to put it.
Not pretty - does anyone have any comments on this?

There's a severe true path violation involving the component term 'immunoglobulin' (GO:0019814). It is listed as part of B-cell receptor complex, which in turn is part of apicolateral plasma membrane, and so on. The problem, of course, is that immunoglobulins appear all over the place -- including many extracellular locations, as indicated by the additional parent -- so it's incorrect to imply that it's always part of a B-cell recceptor complex or of any particular membrane.
Also, the word 'immunoglobulin' is a synonym for the function term 'antibody.' I think it would make sense to remove this synonym (to avoid having the same string present as a term and a synonym) and replace it with comments on both the function and component terms. An alternative would be to change the component term to 'immunoglobulin complex.'
