Could the term decidualization be added as as a child of pregnancy?

"In rodents, the decidual cell reaction (i.e., decidualization) begins in the endometrium just after the onset of blastocyst implantation [13]. This process involves the proliferation and differentiation of the fibroblast-like endometrial stromal cells into large, polyploid decidual cells that eventually form the maternal component of the placenta."
