Should there be any relationship to 'RNA secondary structure unwinding' GO:0010501? Seems then new term could be an is_a child of GO:0010501 -- unless there's no difference, in which case we'll add a synonym. (I kind of suspect no difference, but wanted to check first.)

Hi, I've checked with the SIB curator - both she and I feel that it is reasonable that 'RNA secondary structure unwinding' and 'RNA duplex unwinding' are synonymous - although we don't claim to be experts! Emily

Thanks! For now I've added the synonym, and we can revisit if an expert ever says we should.
