erythrocyte/red blood cell usage

I noticed that synonyms “erythrocyte” and “red blood cell” are not consistently used in GO terms:

enucleate erythrocyte differentiation enucleate erythrocyte maturation erythrocyte maturation hemolysis by organism of red blood cells in other organism during symbiotic interaction hemolysis by symbiont of host red blood cells immune complex clearance by erythrocytes nucleate erythrocyte differentiation nucleate erythrocyte maturation

I suggest changing the two instances of “red blood cells” in terms to “erythrocytes” and adding “…red blood cell(s)…” as term synonym(s) wherever “erythrocyte” is found in a term.
