Should be fine - I'll add as a type of lysosome, part of cytoplasm.

Could we have the following new term for the localization of the enzyme EC 3.4.21.59 (Tryptase)?
%secretory granule ; GO:0030141 ; synonym:secretory vesicle %mast cell granule ; GO:00nnnnn
http://cellpath.unm.edu/wilsonlab.htm The mast cell granule is best described as a modified lysosome, specialized for fusion with the plasma membrane, and with other lysosomal granules, after receptor activation. Although similar "secretory lysosomes" are found in other hematopoietic cells, little is known about the mechanisms by which these organelles receive their cargo.
In our references the mast cell granules are also described as a kind of "secretory granules".
