true path problem #6995

Closed gocentral closed 9 years ago

gocentral commented 21 years ago

These terms have both G-protein coupled receptor, unknown ligand[16526] and rhodopsin-like receptor[1584] as parents. However, some forms of leukotriene, nociceptin, platelet ADP receptors and leucine-rich G-protein receptor-like receptor have defined ligands are thus are not MF: GPCR, unknown ligand.

leukotriene receptor[4974] nociceptin/orphanin-FQ receptor[1626] platelet ADP receptor[1621] leucine-rich G-protein receptor-like receptor[1627]

The trouble stems from class A orphan receptor appearing under rhodopsin-like receptor and G-protein coupled receptor, unknown ligand. I don't know much about receptors, so can anyone else step in to sort this out?

I will have Harold remove these four receptors from under unknown ligand and place them under the class A receptors.

These receptors have been removed from under GO:0016526 so there is no longer a true path violation. Case closed.
