I think we would have to do this:
actin cytoskeleton ; GO:0015629 ---<actin filament ; GO:0005884 ------%muscle actin filament ; GO:new ---<myosin ; GO:0016459 ------%myosin II ; GO:0016460 ---------%muscle myosin ; GO:0005859 ---<actomyosin ; GO:new ------<muscle actin filament ; GO:new ------<muscle myosin ; GO:0005859
because actomyosin contains both actin and myosin and is only found in muscles. I'll pass around for comment before making these changes.

Added new terms:
<actomyosin ; GO:0042641 ---<actomyosin\, actin component ; GO:0042643 ---<actomyosin\, myosin component ; GO:0042642

<myosin ; GO:0016459 %myosin II ; GO:0016460 <muscle myosin ; GO:0005859 < muscle fiber ; GO:0030484 <non-muscle myosin ; GO:0005860
Could we have the additional following term? <myosin ; GO:0016459 %myosin II ; GO:0016460 <actomyosin ; GO:000nnnn <muscle myosin ; GO:0005859 < muscle fiber ; GO:0030484 <non-muscle myosin ; GO:0005860

Merriam-Webster-Dictionary: One entry found for myosin. Main Entry: myˇoˇsin Pronunciation: 'mI-&-s&n Function: noun Etymology: International Scientific Vocabulary my- + 2-ose + 1-in Date: 1942 : a fibrous globulin of muscle that can split ATP and that reacts with actin to form actomyosin
The Dictionary of Cell and Molecular Biology: actomyosin Generally: a motor system that is thought to be based on actin and myosin. The essence of the motor system is that myosin makes transient contact with the actin filaments and undergoes a conformational change before releasing contact. The hydrolysis of ATP is coupled to movement, through the requirement for ATP to restore the configuration of myosin prior to repeating the cycle. More specifically: a viscous solution formed when actin and myosin solutions are mixed at high salt concentrations. The viscosity diminishes if ATP is supplied and rises as the ATP is hydrolyzed. Extruded threads of actomyosin will contract in response to ATP.
