open is_a relationship GO:0002496 : proteolysis associated with antigen processing and presentation [0 gene products]

leaf node is_a relationship GO:0006618 : SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence processing [0 gene products]

these terms are under proteolysis involved in cellular protein catabolic process, is that correct?

GO:0002496 is probably OK -- proteins get chopped into small pieces in antigen processing.

I've moved GO:0006618 to is_a signal peptide processing GO:0006465.
