immunoglobulin ontology #7448

Isotype specific Ig terms, essentially a sub-ontology of immunoglobulins. These are needed in part for cross-product development for the CL, and in part for better representation of these immunoglobulin protein complexes in the GO. The daring among you could hack the GO obo file with a text editor and directly add the terms and save a bunch of time, since they are already given as obo-1.2 compliant term stanzas. Perhaps obomerge could handle this.

Thanks,

Alex (CL)
