phosphopantetheine transferase merge 8958 into 8897

Hi,

I'm proposing to merge the term "phosphopantetheinyltransferase activity ; GO:0008958" into the term "holo-[acyl-carrier protein] synthase activity ; GO:0008897".

The reason is that the the first term, 8958, is listed as another name for the latter term, 8897, in the definition for EC:2.7.8.7.

This definition given for EC:2.7.8.7 is also a perfect description of the reaction mechanism shown for a phosphopantetheinyltransferase in PMID:10320345.
