NTR: tRNA 2'-O-methyltransferases

I'd like to request two new MF terms for methylation of the 2'-O of the ribose moiety of C and U in tRNAs: "tRNA (cytosine-2'-O)-methyltransferase activity" as a child of GO:0016427 "tRNA (uracil-2'-O)-methyltransferase activity" as a child of GO:0016300

The definitions should be analogous to GO:0009020.

The corresponding process terms (specific for the wobble base, which is true for this enzyme), GO:0002131 and GO:0002132, are already present.
