add tax constraint for spore organ #8318

never_in_taxon metazoa is probably safe - maybe we can make astronger rule though?

There's annotations to mosses, Fungi and bacteria, so Metazoa would be too restrictive: I'm not sure this can get a taxon restriction.

Metazoa = animals, so not-in-metazoa seems like it would work

sorry- yep. Saw the Fungi/Metazoa grouping, rather than just 'Metazoa'.

I'll add in the taxon restriction.
