add synonym and EC number for GO:4124 #834

Hi,

I'd like to propose adding a new synonym and an EC number for GO:0004124 : cysteine synthase activity. According to Swiss- Prot, it's also called 'O-acetylserine sulfhydrylase' and its EC number is 4.2.99.8. It would be good to be able to search on these terms too.

This term already has the EC number 4.2.99.8 as a dbxref - what browser are you using? If you use DAG-Edit you can search on EC numbers - don't think you can in AmiGO though.

added the synonym you suggested.

Actually, according to the Enzyme Nomenclature page, the number has been changed to 2.5.1.47 (see http://www.chem.qmul.ac.uk/iubmb/enzyme/EC2/5/1/47.html), so we'll change the cross-reference accordingly.
