Hi Andre,

I added: adrenal cortex development ; GO:0035801 adrenal cortex formation ; GO:0035802

as part_of terms for 'adrenal gland development', with is_a links to 'anatomical structure development', since the adrenal cortex is part of the adrenal gland, so isn't itself an organ.

When a GP is involved in a developmental process and when it regulates a developmental process are hard to distinguish, but looking at the paper, I think it's ok to annotate Cited2 to the parent 'adrenal cortex formation' term in this case.
