more work on this:
- added definitions for several terms
- moved 'RNA methyltransferase activity' (GO:0008173) out from under 8757; now directly under 'methyltransferase activity' (GO:0008168)
- copied most children of 8173 under 8757; exceptions are tRNA U methlytransferases
- new terms under GO:0016431:
-%tRNA (uridine) methyltransferase activity ; GO:0016431 ; EC:2.1.1.- --%tRNA (m5U54) methyltransferase ; GO:0030696 ; synonym:RUMT ---%5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate-dependent tRNA (m5U54) methyltransferase ; GO:0030698 ; synonym:RUMT ---%S-adenosylmethionine-dependent tRNA (m5U54) methyltransferase ; GO:0030697 ; synonym:RUMT
RUMT is an exact synonym of 30696 and broader than 30698 & 30699.

added a batch of methyltransferase terms (IDs 30731-30798, except 30742)
(anything in EC 2.1.1.- that is also listed on the KEGG page for SAM)

for record-keeping...
Val asked whether there were any true path violations because several RNAmethyltransferases are under 'S-adenosylmethionine-dependent methyltransferase activity' (8757). I'm checking to make sure all descendants of 8757 really do use SAM as the methyl donor, and cleaning up anything else I notice along the way.
- Most descendants of 8757 do use SAM, so they're OK.
- One exception: methylated-DNA-[protein]-cysteine S-methyltransferase activity (3908), so remove 8757 as parent (keep onter parents).
- KEGG compond site for SAM is helping a lot! http://www.genome.ad.jp/dbget-bin/www\_bget?cpd:C00019
- KEGG site above lists lots of enzymes that don't have GO terms. Might add them but not highest priority.
- Several methyltransferasesin GO could have 8757 added as parent.
