Sorry, typed too fast, that's a couple of terms for the catabolism of "deoxyinosine triphosphate". The catabolism is a phosphatase reaction.

Hi Dianna,
I created the following terms:
dITP diphosphatase activity ; GO:0035870 dITP metabolic process ; GO:0035862 dITP catabolic process ; GO:0035863
Thanks Becky
(for my notes: updated GOCHE and GOCHE X-product files to match).

A couple of terms (one BP, one MF) for catabolism of deoxyinosine triphosphate phosphatase. From data published in PMID: 21548881
Biological process: dITP catabolic process Is_a child of GO:0009217 purine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate catabolic process definition: The chemical reactions and pathways resulting in the breakdown of dITP, deoxyinosine triphosphate (2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate).
Molecular function: dITP diphosphastase activity is_a child of GO:0047429 nucleoside-triphosphate diphosphatase activity definition: Catalysis of the reaction: dITP + H2O = dIMP + diphosphate.
Thanks!
