Broader definition for siderochrome terms #883

The terms "siderochrome metabolism" [9237], "siderochrome biosynthesis" [19290] and "siderochrome catabolism" [46215] have bacteria-specific definitions, but siderophores (siderochromes) are also found in Fungi. We suggest revised definitions to include Fungi, or addition of new terms that can be used for Fungi.
