NTR - Regulation of rRNA stabilization #8955

Please may I request a new term:

Regulation of rRNA stabilization Suggested definition: Prevention of degradation of rRNA molecules. In the absence of compensating changes in other processes, the slowing of rRNA degradation can result in an overall increase in the population of active rRNA molecules.

This would be a child of GO:0043489

I think 'regulation of rRNA stability' would be better -- analogous to 'regulation of mRNA stability' (GO:0043488). Its is_a ancestry is to regulation of biological quality, which isn't available in TermGenie (yet).
