Hi Andrea,
One request for related terms is absolutely fine- I'll add in those terms for you.
Which cyanelle terms do you think are missing the GO:0009842 parent? A quick search for 'cyanell' gives 8 hits (including cyanelle itself), all of which are under GO:0009842.
Thanks Becky

cyanelle inner membrane ; GO:0036012 cyanelle outer membrane ; GO:0036013 cyanelle intermembrane space ; GO:0036014

Hi,
Didn't know if this should be 1 or 3 requests... All are children of GO:0033112, see 18976493 for some of these terms' usage.
Cyanelle inner membrane; The inner membrane of a cyanelle is the membrane which separates the cyanelle stroma from the intermembrane space.
Cyanelle intermembrane space: The intermembrane space between the inner and the outer cyanelle membranes, it includes the vestigial peptidoglycan layer.
synonym Cyanelle periplasm (only found in PMID 18976493 that I have been able to see)
Cyanelle outer membrane: The outer membrane of a cyanelle is the cyanelle membrane facing the cytoplasm.
Additionally, the peptidoglycan is between the inner and outer membranes, this is not made explicitly clear in GO and should be changed where necessary (for example in the definition of cyanelle GO:0009842). Shouldn't all the cyanelle subcellular locations be children of GO:0009842? They don't seem to be.
