do we need a term basophilic granule? We have mast cell cranule

required to define:

The current definition of mast cell granule allows for localization in basophil cells:

mast cell granule ; GO:0042629 Coarse, bluish-black staining cytoplasmic granules, bounded by a plasma membrane and found in mast cells and basophils. Contents include histamine, heparin, chondroitin sulfates, chymase and tryptase.

So not sure a 'basophilic granule' is a good term, unless there's something special about the granules in a basophil cell. I'll add in specific term for 'keratohyalin granule' tho.
