merge pericardial differentiation terms

This is a another pair of synonymous terms that slipped through the net during the kidney dev work.

The (slightly) older term is pericardial cell differentiation ; GO:0007513 (is_a cardiac cell differentiation) - this came from the heart term work The newer term is pericardial nephrocyte differentiation ; GO:0061320 (is_a nephrocyte differentiation)

Like the garland cell term I'd suggest merging pericardial cell differentiation into pericardial nephrocyte differentiation. Since these cells surround the dorsal vessel (larval heart) and are generally considered to be part of the heart I think that the term should retain both cardiac cell diff and nephrocyte diff parents.

Susan - can you coordinate with David so this is reflected in FBbt? I'll then ensure it's reflected in CL (or we can entirely cede this from CL if we're not clear how to generalize it beyond drosophila)
