change term name to "DNA replication iniitiation' #9894

Can the term name of DNA-dependent DNA replication initiation be changed to DNA replication initiation since there is not a DNA-independent term, and most people search on "DNA replication initiation"

(would help with lucene searches where shorter strings are matched more easily, at present some children are matched in preference)

also applies to "regulation" children

There is however a term 'RNA-dependent DNA replication ; GO:0006278' so not all replication initiation refers to the DNA-dependent process.

So haven't changed the name of GO:0006270. But added a broad synonym 'DNA replication initiation' to GO:0006270 and the child regulation terms to help with searching.

At the moment its a little inconsistent

We have DNA replication termination (no DNA-depentent, presumably because there is no equivalent RNA depentedn termination process)

For elongation it is: DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication (becasue elongation occurs as part of "telomere capping" which is "elongation" bit not "replication" (although I am sure DNA elongation should probably have a "DNA biosynthetic process parent?"

It would probably be clearer for non- GO experts to have:

"DNA replication initiation involved in DNA replication" but there isn't an equivalent "initiation" step described for RNA -dependent DNA replication initiation, so I still think the "DNA-dependent" qualifier is redundant.

Okay, for consistency I've gone for the simplest option and renamed DNA-dependent DNA replication initiation ; GO:0006270 DNA replication initiation ; GO:0006270

Kept the more specific name as a synonym. Updated the definition to make it clearer that it's referring to a DNA-dependent process. Kept parentage as it is.
