Note that IEAs, as well as PINC and GDB annotations are filtered out if there are other manual annotations to the same gene + GO term (or a child). AI Pascale: ask GO PIs and managers if we should filter out these annotations, then Sandra if she wants to filter out these 'redundant' sources
