You may have already seen it in the data, but it seems the IEAs that were missing happened because something had changed in the interface and we needed to correct on our side. Jon has added them all back and there are now more than ever because we've added domain data that picks up ontology to the protein databases. Best, Jodi

In the 2023-11-15 release we had lost 77k annotations; we only get 20k back
