SGD annotations make full cycle back into SGD #67

The annotations previously in P2GO should be in Noctua after the Feb 1 outage, involves ~49800 annotations. This ticket can be closed when SGD annotations are confirmed to be in SGD.

Adding that from GO's view, nothing should change with this load other than the noctua_sgd gpad gets larger: SGD's view of pipeline

SGD loaded these into SGD-prod today, have not been checked but counts seem right:
