UniProt loosing many IEAS #78

UniProt lost -66583 annotations, ie -7.47%

Looks like this is due to remove KW mappings.

From Alex: this is expected, as the KW script is now removing redundant predictions (ie GO annotations made to a term and one or more of its ancestors; only the annotation to the most specific term is kept).

Weirdly, not all organisms are equally affected. I expected the organisms for which the source of IEAs is directly GOA to all drop: human, Danio, Drosophila, and E. coli.
