Updating shapes wrt spatial relations #215

Summary of changes: 1) MFs can only 'occur in' AnatomicalEntity 2) AnatomicalEntity 'location of' InformationBiomacromolecule OR ProteinContainingComplex OR Protein 3) ProteinContainingComplex, Protein, and InformationBiomacromolecule are now all 'located in' AnatomicalEntity 4) ProteinContainingComplex 'has part' InformationBiomacromolecule OR Protein

Note: I have some questions about redundancy wrt InformationBiomacromolecule and Protein in the ShEx. @goodb @ukemi @balhoff - would be helpful to discuss this.

Test004-occurs_in_GO_Complex.ttl fails as expected.
