Update WIP_standard_annot_ShEx #311

Fix some syntax errors

@vanaukenk @kltm I was thinking maybe the PR should be into dev branch first than straight to master branch. SO as to align with noctua dev and production

@tmushayahama My standard annotation ShEx is still a work-in-progress, so don't read too much into where I initially put it. Once we are agreed on a final version to use, we can move the file to the dev branch to test on noctua-dev and then, if all goes well, into master to put onto production.

@vanaukenk ohh I see WIP is work in progress, I thought it was a terminology of standard annotation :) . No problem, I was trying to use it but it was giving syntax errors.
