Getting the new SHeX file into the json export code

Todo:

coordinate to merge different parts of this repo into dev and master branch. We have

master branch SHeX without the json export and linkML code or standard anno SHeX
the standard annotation Shex branch with different shex and no json export code
the json export code with different SheX file than dev and master
