Add entry for ZFA in dbxrefs.yaml

I'd like to add an entry in the dbxrefs.yaml for ZFA so that the Noctua form can link out to the appropriate page at ZFIN, e.g. http://zfin.org/ZFA:0001173

I took a stab at drafting an entry; does this generally look right to you?
