badly formatted xrefs in ZFIN GPI #624

This is the value of the xref col: Alliance:ZDB-MIRNAG-150108-3|Curated miRNA Stem Loop:ZFINNUCL0000005702

Minor: "Alliance" is not a declared prefix in db-xrefs.yaml

Major: "Curated miRNA Stem Loop" prefixes should not have spaces in them.

I believe both of these should have the ZFIN prefix
