Action point from NYC 2018 meeting:

We need better mechanisms for communicating with users:

@vanaukenk and @pgaudet propose to create a repo 'Notifications', so people can either receive notifications, or check the repo for 'news'.

And later in the meeting discussing notifications about ontology changes: "how best to do, how/when to notify, based on number of annotations? Need to find balance between too much email and not enough notification."
