For an annotation

'Entity 1 GO:0005515 protein binding + 'with' filled = Entity 2', there should also be an annotation: 'Entity 2 GO:0005515 protein binding with Entity 1'

Talking to @pgaudet @dougli1sqrd , this requires much more implementation and detailed discussion, so we are shelving it for the time being.
