GAF/GPAD example, neuron fate specification and downstream behaviors, 57ea2dae00000114 #62

This is the example, discussed in Hinxton, that illustrates the relationship between a transcription factor involved in neuron fate specification and the downstream behaviors that are affected when that transcription factor is not present and neuron not properly specified.

WB currently has annotations between ttx-1 and two processes downstream of transcription, the neuron fate specification (currently fate differentiation, but I want to change that) and thermosensory behavior, but I don't think we'd get these annotations from Noctua based on the above representation of the model.

@vanaukenk we're not getting any annotations in the test output for this model (missing evidence). Do you want to add evidences, and then see how it looks after the next run, or close this issue?

Need to add evidence and check model structure to see if this ticket should remain open.
