@cmungall @kltm It doesn't look like neo is using the WB gpi file for Noctua annotation entities, i.e. we are trying to annotate a gene for which there is currently no GO annotation and it is not appearing in the autocomplete in either the form or graph editor. Are there still issues with the WB gpi file that is preventing it from being incorporated into neo? See: https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/issues/595 Thx.

I can try switching back and see if it works, overall we need this better integrated into the pipeline @kltm @dougli1sqrd
