Fix gramene gene product URIs #29

ok here's what is happening

the Gramene GAF looks like this:

GR_protein      Q42971  ENO1            GO:0000015      GR_REF:8030     RCA     InterPro:IPR000941      C       Enolase 2-phospho-D- glycerate hydro-lyase|OSE1|2-phosphoglycerate dehydratase  protein taxon:39947     20060831        GR

these are not gramene IDs, they are uniprot.

This should be fixed at source. cc @jaiswalp The GAF should use UniProtKB in col1
