sjcarbon@moiraine:~/local/src/git/neo[gpi2obo-gpi-v2]$:) gzip -dc /tmp/mgi.gpi.gz | ./gpi2obo.pl -s Mmus -n mgi seems to give reasonable results.

make touch_trigger test_obo seems to have been fine. Merging.
