Small add while testing for #70; environmental variable take and usage in README.

@cmungall I'm pretty sure that there is a bug in there with how split is being used with LIMIT. Fixing that, it looks like target/neo-mgi.obo likely has the right contents.

It would be great to get a second set of eyes on these changes.
